Quality

WHAT IS ISO 9001:2008

The ISO 9001:2000 is the standard that provides a set of standardized requirements for a quality management system, regardless of what the organisation does, its size , or whether it is a private, or public sector. It is the only standard in the 9000 series against which and organisation can be certified.

Why Should and Organization Implement ISO 9001:2008?

Without satisfied customers, an organisation cannot survive. So in order to keep customers satisfied you need to meet their requirements! ISO 9001:2000 provides a tried and tested framework for managing an organization so they consistently turn out product that satisfies customers' expectations.

How Does It Work?

ISO 9001:2008 lays down what requirements your quality system must meet, but does not dictate how they should be met! This leaves great scope and flexibility for implementation in different business sectors and business cultures.

Benefits?

An organisation with a recognized ISO 9001:2008 Certificate serves as a marketing and operational tool to prove a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It serves as a business reference between organizations and potential clients, especially when supplier and client are new to each other, or far removed geographically.
