What we do

Firstly, some history - formed in Cardiff, UK in 1992 by Julian Baines MBE. It was bought by Management in 1997 and is run by Managing Director Jonathan Phillips. Our customers are spread internationally including Canada, China, Denmark, England, France, Germany, India, Scotland, Sweden, USA and of course Wales.
The Company initially provided consultancy and training for ISO 9001 & ISO 13485. Due to demand this scope expanded to incorporate full CE (and now also UKCA) compliant quality management systems and technical files.
We also provide both on-site and remote audits and can assist you with the Certification Body and Notified Body audit process.
We recently launched EU-UK Authorised Representative Ltd in Belfast where we are able to provide just about all the regulatory services for both CE and UKCA.
